Primary Care Physician

Location: Columbus, OH / Westerville, OH

Position Summary

Summit Ridge Medical Center is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Primary Care Physician to join our growing outpatient primary care team. This position provides comprehensive preventive and chronic care services to adult and pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong specialty support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Perform routine physical exams, wellness visits, and preventive screenings

• Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary providers

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in Epic EMR

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices

• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Schedule & Call

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• No weekends

• Call rotation: 1:6 phone call only

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible Ohio medical license

• DEA certification

• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $127.40 – $141.83 per hour
