Primary Care Physician – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Compensation: Base Salary $250K+ • Incentive Bonus • Signing Bonus up to $50K

We deliver coordinated, high-quality care to moderate- to low-income seniors with complex chronic conditions. Our model empowers physicians to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—through meaningful relationships, more time with patients, and an emphasis on quality over volume. With reduced patient panels and strong clinical support, you’ll have the time, tools, and autonomy to truly impact patient lives.

Role & Compensation

• Base Salary: $250K+

• Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary

• Signing Bonus: Up to $50K

• Partnership Track Available

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Setting: 100% outpatient

• Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day

• Support Team: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist

• Patient Population: Seniors with 3–5 chronic conditions

• Care Model: Value-Based Care

Requirements

• Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
