- Need 4/13 – ongoing
- 3 month minimum commitment requested
- Open to Locums to Perm
- Shifts:
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- Setting:
- Outpatient facility
- 100% Senior Care
- Ages 65+
- Medicare Advantage experience is prefered
- Census:
- 12-18 pts per day
- Support Staff:
- Full support staff
- Procedures:
- All bread and Butter primary care
- Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active TX state license
- Active DEA in TX or willing to transfer
- BLS
