Job Description

- Coverage Needs:
- Need June 1 – Ongoing
- Open to Locums to Perm
- Shifts:
- Monday – Friday 1pm-5pm
- Open to a 4 day work week
- Setting:
- Outpatient facility
- Fully resident run
- Adults only 18+
- Will work in a preceptor role
- Census:
- 18-25 pts per day
- Support Staff:
- One other Physician
- 5 or 6 residents
- Procedures:
- All bread and Butter primary care
- Will be teaching and supervising residents
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Will be bale to start by Mid June
- Requirements:
- Active CT state license
- Active DEA in CT or willing to transfer
- BLS
