Anesthesiology Opening – Tulsa, Oklahoma
Monday-Friday Schedule | Minimal Call | Up to $400K + Loan Repayment

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation

  • $325,000 – $400,000 base salary

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
  • Provide anesthesia services including:
    • General anesthesia
    • Regional anesthesia
    • Spinal and epidural anesthesia
    • Monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
  • Manage routine and complex airway cases, including emergent airway situations
  • Place arterial lines and central venous catheters as clinically indicated
  • Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs and anesthesia staff
  • Participate in perioperative workflow improvement and quality initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an approved Anesthesiology residency program
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
  • Experience with a broad range of anesthesia modalities
  • Strong airway management and perioperative care skills

Preferred Experience

  • Hospital-based or integrated healthcare system experience
  • CRNA supervision experience
  • Advanced airway techniques including fiberoptic intubation
  • Teaching or mentoring experience
  • Perioperative workflow optimization initiatives
